The PHP Code Embedded in HTML
- The screenshots and zipped file for download, linked below, are based on the Chapter 3 addmail.html and .php scripts from the Head First PHP and MySQL Book with some fun CSS modifications. It has these fields; First Name, Last Name, Gender, Graduation Year and Comments. You need to be change the database name, user and password in the $dbc section.
